I don’t remember my Password!
If you have forgotten your Password, click on the link “Forgot Your Password?” in the Log In panel and enter the e-mail that you used during the registration process. A new password will be sent to this e-mail. Remember, you can always changer your password in the section “My Account” > “Basic Information”.

 



I entered my Login and Password, but I’m unable to log in!
Make sure that the Login and Password used are correct. Remember, on Randka.US, your log in is your email that you used during the registration process. If you still cannot log in to the system, please click on the link: “Forgot Your Password?” in the Log In panel.



 

Blocked List – How does it work?
If, for any reason, you do not wish to receive mail, flowers, comments on your profile, pictures, blogs, etc, from a specific member, you may put this member on your Blocked List. To do so, click on the “Add to Blocked List” link, which you can find in the member’s profile or his activities in blogs, forums, etc. The current list of the members that you put on the Blocked List can be found in the Blocked List section.

 

How do Subscription Plans work?
Like on other dating sites, Randka.US has several tiers of functionality that correspond to Subscription Plans that we offer. After registering and logging in to the service, each member will be able to make use of the free Silver Plan. In addition to this, there are two paid plans, Gold and Platinum, which unlock more functions that your profile will be able to make use of. Don’t worry, even the free Silver Plan allows you to meet other members. You can find more details about each plan and the functions that they offer below.

 

I haven’t found an answer to my question, what should I do?
Send your question via e-mail to the address: help@randka.us. If your problem is related to your account, please include your Login and Nickname within the Subject line.

 

I cannot log in to my account and I have received
the error message: “Your Account has been blocked”!
It is likely that your account was involved in activity that violated the Terms of Use agreement. The most common causes for account blocking are:

  • Your account displayed personal contact data
  • Content posted through your account was inappropriate
  • Your Profile photo does not represent you
